The 2019 Etna Rosso Aruria is smoky and earthy in style, wafting up the vivid aromatics, featuring freshly picked strawberries, plum skins, rose hips ant wet stone. This is texturally deep, silky-smooth and more savory than sweet, with mineral-infused red and hints of blue fruit, as well as balsam herps that resonate toward the close. It finishes lightly structured with a minty freshness, as well as with a bitter tinge of cherry pits and spice. The 2019 Arcuria is so pretty today, thats it's hard to recommend cellaring yet with the balance on dispaly, the chances are, that it will only get better over time
