Bourgogne Aligoté from Lucien Muzard & Fils – a fresh and lively wine with character.

This Aligoté offers an aroma filled with citrus fruits like lemon and lime, accompanied by subtle notes of green apples and white flowers.

On the palate, you will encounter a clean and crisp acidity that balances the fresh citrus notes with light minerality and a creamy texture from aging.

It presents as an elegant yet uncomplicated wine, managing to be both inviting and versatile.  

The wine is crafted from grapes from two old vineyards in Remigny and Meursault, where the soil is characterized by clay and limestone.

The grapes are hand-picked, and after gentle pressing, the must is lightly clarified and fermented with natural yeast. The malolactic fermentation occurs over the winter in large 350-liter oak barrels, which imparts a round and smooth structure to the wine without overshadowing its freshness.  

Bourgogne Aligoté is an ideal companion for oysters, grilled seafood, or a classic dish like tarte flambée.
