Appears ruby red in the glass and entices with a complex aroma of red berries, cherries, violets, and a hint of spices such as cinnamon and cloves.

The taste is silky with ripe fruit notes, discreet oak influence, and a fine balance between fresh acidity and soft tannins - Classic top Pinot Noir.

The grapes come from old vines on small parcels with limestone clay soil, which give the wine its depth and elegance. The vineyards are located on slopes in Vosne-Romanée, where the microclimate and rich terroir create perfect conditions for pinot noir.

After manual harvesting and careful selection, the wine ferments in small tanks and then matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new. This process imparts subtle smoky and spicy undertones that complement the wine's natural fruit character.

Pairs perfectly with elegant dishes such as duck breast, game, or truffle risotto. Serve at 14-16 degrees to highlight the wine's complexity and subtle nuances.
