Fresh and lively Bourgogne Aligoté with classic minerality.

The crisp and elegant aspects of Aligoté are beautifully expressed. The wine is light straw-yellow in the glass and opens with notes of green apples, lemon, and a light floral tone. The taste is fresh with hints of grapefruit, citrus, and a fine minerality, rounded off by a vibrant acidity.  

The grapes are grown on chalky soils in Burgundy, where the cool climate provides optimal conditions for preserving freshness.

After hand harvesting and gentle pressing, the must is fermented at low temperatures and briefly aged in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the wine's purity.  

Perfect for seafood, light salads, or as an aperitif.

Best enjoyed at 8-10 degrees Celsius, where its freshness truly shines.
