Graci Etna Rosato DOC 2022

Elegant Nerello Mascalese. Completely fresh and lots of structure.

The grapes come from vines 600-660 meters above sea level. The field with the sandy soil is dedicated to rosé.

The rose is cultivated as a white wine, i.e. very short skin contact, which explains the elegant light colour.

The wine has a nice minerality and is fantastic with sushi, mozzarella, lobster and chicken, but also as an ordinary terrace basker.

Biodynamic with only a little sulphur.

Note only 12.5% ​​alcohol.
