The grapes are de-stemmed and undergo a 10 to 15-day natural fermentation with the skins on, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stabilized naturally in tanks, without being clarified or filtered.
After stabilization, the wine matures for a further 8 months in stainless steel tanks, before being aged in bottles for around 9 months. This careful process ensures a deep and authentic expression of the character of the grape.
The color is a beautiful ruby red. The fragrance offers an intense and characteristic bouquet of flowers and fruity notes.
The taste is full of fruit and lively delicious acidity
It is clearly a food wine - It is an excellent companion to a wide range of dishes where good taste is present.
