From 3 ha of particularly calcareous field in Serralunga. 330 meters above sea level.
Vinified in steel to highlight the fruity notes.
The wine ferments for 10-12 days in stainless steel at around 30°C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and a short maturation period in stainless steel; the wine is usually bottled and released for sale during the spring after the harvest.
The scent is elegant, sweet and tempting, the intense and fruity notes that are characteristic of Barbera are beautifully expressed.
The taste is vinous, fresh and well-balanced.
An easy-drinking wine that is tasty and rich without being too binding.
Excellent with pasta and rice dishes. It is also perfect for an aperitivo with snacks, e.g. sliced meat.
