A light, mineral and firm Riesling, very atypical for the sunny and warm Kaiserstuhl!

It is definitely a riesling with maturation potential.

Goes well with Asian cuisine with very spicy dishes, but also as an aperitif as a light fruity start to the evening and of course as a nice companion to cheese and dessert.
