Lorens (Lorenzo in Piedmontese) is Lodali's line of riserva wines. This is the series Barbaresco. The grapes come exclusively from the Rocche Deil 7 Fratelli field, and a special selection is made so that only the best grapes are used for Lorens.
The result is a Barbaresco with an intense deep ruby red, almost garnet red color. The nose is fine and complex with elegant notes of plum. It is a powerful and balanced wine with a long aftertaste.
Lorens Barbaresco is aged for 18 months in French barriques and six months in the bottle before release.
The wine has fantastic storage potential.

The Lodali 2019 Barbaresco Lorens is a fine, silky and nuanced expression of Nebbiolo. The wine shows pretty aromas of wild cherry, cassis, pressed flower, earth and licorice. It folds over the palate, thanks to its smooth texture and fine tannins.
