Single-field Barolo from the Sant'Ambrogio field. Fantastic aroma with hints of dried flowers, tobacco and tar. It is a harmonious and well-structured Barolo.
The wine is aged for 24 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle before release.
A lovely companion to red meat, mushrooms and truffles as well as aged cheeses.
