Fra mark 2,5 ha 600 meter over havet i Passopisciaro på den nordøstlige side af vulkanen.

Jorden er fantastisk mineralsk helt uden kalk og meget rig på jern og nitrogen. Vinen har aldrig set fad. Meget lavt udbytte.

Gæret på cement og efterfølgende 6 mdr. på samme cementtank.

Biodynamisk med meget lidt svovl.

70 % Carricante/30 % Catarratto.

Bemærk kun 12 % alkohol.
